The Science of Triathlon is about 9 hours of video. I found it very usful in several aspects. There good short courses on swim technique, running technique, nutrition, mental imaging, planning your training, and others.

Evolution Running
Yes, apparently there is a technique to running, at least an efficient technique. This is an excellent resource if you, like me, learn better seeing the technique instead of reading about it. I would review the same clips over and over in slow motion to fully understand how they advise your knees and feet to move. They have lots of drills and footage of it being performed properly to guide you.
